After the required time period between bumps has passed just create another post in your ad. Lots just put something like BTTT.

 

Legal, too. Like in Nascar...(they call it 'drafting'.)

I believe you have to wait minimum three days between ad bumps.

Quietly approach the ad then suddenly bump into it then you run away really fast...

 

Have to wait three days to the minute...
Then type three characters into the reply section and hit post reply.
