Dear Customers: Each time they explain to me why I have to upgrade my database and hosting services I cringe because I have been through this before but this time really took the cake. My website was down for about 15 day's while the techs tried to figure out what went wrong with the upgrade for my website and the new hosting service. I apologize to everyone who send me emails asking where the website was and what was going on and when it would be working again. Sometimes computer have a mind all their own and do crazy things. I had that problem repeatedly with a host that used to be decent. Moved to a new one, poof, everything works fine with no BS.
