Is it me or can only Bill Gates figure out how to rejoin the Ford Barn after you forgot your password? Bob

I stopped going some time ago. Got called for "drama" abd didn't care for all the drama created when anyone had an opinion. Doing fine without it. Sadly.

Ok, There is no shortage of "Experts" over there, and I learned how to avoid them. Just went to a very nice event yesterday at Beardsley Cider Mill and wanted to post the photos. I've got more friends here so here a few. Bob DSCF0800.JPG DSCF0802.JPG DSCF0804.JPG DSCF0808.JPG DSCF0812.JPG DSCF0825.JPG

That's some sort of funeral vehicle, isn't it? (Perhaps a "Flower Car"?) I don't think a delivery vehicle would have fancy sidelights like that. Plus the body looks "coach-built" to my unpracticed eye.

So as long as you still have access to the email account that you registered with, you should be able to reset your password.

  15. Those are some old vehicles. Dont think I have ever seen any like that before. We didn't get too many fancy vehicles down in the deep south back in those days.

  16. Nope ... there is no “The37Kid” user on the Ford Barn (i.e., Bob must’ve used a different user ID).

I don't visit or participate very often. In some odd way though I feel almost obliged to check in now and then. Sometimes there's good stuff in the classifieds that don't land here too. Worth it? It's early Ford stuff so...?

Is that Winston Churchill wearing his derby in the 3rd photo? In photo with plate # 32401
is the grill shell meant to tilt for use of crank?

Yes, rejoining the Fordbarn is worth the time. It's a very helpful site
for folks with "flat heads", especially when they have a problem.
Lots of smart folks over there willing to help. "Kube" comes to mind
as the premier 1940 Ford expert. I have found that sending a PM requesting a phone conversation works the best. Most folks want to share their knowledge and experiences.

We all headed there when the HAMB was being overhauled back in 2014 (I think). Bob, you were having trouble getting back on here or something, but I can't remember your username. I get on there from time to time, but it's been a while.

Yes, My way of not letting the "Experts" know who I am or what I've done with Model A's. Don't let them know, don't let Ryan know I like 1930's European GP cars either. Bob

Funny how you don't notice people until after the photo is taken. That 1911 Torpedo has an accessory Livingston V'd radiator, the hand crank has been lengthened to clear the tip of the radiator I believe. That is an original as found T, I'd find room in my place if I could afford it. :)Bob

Glad you are recovering quickly Mark! Lots of '32 stuff being passed of as Model A stuff Saturday because of the 1931 year cut off. Debbies car has more trunk room than I thought. Bob

I got back on the Barn! However the photos got rejected, so enjoy the HAMB exclusive on the photos. Different sites, AC vs DC, House electricity vs Car electricity, 6 volt wire vs 12 volt wire, underwater welding vs above ground. Life is getting shorter and more confusing. Bob

  30. Same trouble on the Barn with photos! Said I needed a security code?..?
