Wow. Very cool. Your like Denny Hamlin in Nascar. He has a room for meaningful race cars.

  4. Mark, I got to ask do you get the cars in and out without disassembly?

I had a friend that built a t-bucket inside his house and then cut a huge hole in the wall of his extra bedroom and took the car out and installed a sliding glass door. HRP

  5. Unlike race cars Marks toys are much cooler! :D HRP

Surreal...its a true picture of accomplishment in collecting, craftsmanship, perseverance...sometimes I wonder what you can do to top what you've already done...you certainly have every reason to smile from ear to ear...

A true comfort zone...what was living at home like @moriarty...was collecting in the family DNA?

Mine are all still in the shop (and nowhere near as pretty) but you keep giving me something to aspire to!

if a person were to tell a civilian that they know of a guy who keeps 3 old cars INSIDE his house they would not imagine that it looks like these photos.

I don't remember any collecting when I was a kid, but my dad always had one old car to tinker with. I really got bit by the collecting bug when I bought the book "hot rod collectibles and memorabilia ". I have been divorced almost 30 years now, so what you see is merely "decades of unsupervised buying and building...."

You are a much better builder than me. All my cars require a drip pan under them. None are cool like yours either, so no need to even think about having them in the house. .....

These have to be in the house because there is no room in the garage

If you'd just get rid of some of those GM products you'd have room for more Fords;)

  28. I showed this to my Wife. She said "so that's what it could look like if you'd finish everything you have started?" I thought she'd just say something about how Kool it is.

Mark; Based only on the photos I've seen of your place here on the H.A.M.B. I have to wonder if that isn't more like "back to the Mother Museum"?
