Hot Rods Anyone recognize this Moon tank? Old Drag car from Southern California

Buddy of mine picked this tank up some time ago supposedly was run on a car in southern california, wondering if anyone recognizes the middle finger not something most people would have run years ago. he is not looking to sell it, we were just talking about it and I've seen a few times folks with big picture collections have pulled up pictures from things similar so I told him I'd throw it up on the HAMB and see.

 

I definitely want to know what this was on! Good Luck.

 

The Bird as it has been called was pretty common in the '60s and '70s. I don't recognize it but someone probably will.
