a little chinese guy makes them.They wont stay on any of my cars. I'm gonna have to put screws in them to hold them on

 

You probably have what most of us on here would like sitting in their garage. It looks like it came off the front cover of a 50's ,60's magazine . Way cool.

Being in Arizona you wont have to worry about the slicks/rain problem.
One thing for sure, at cruise nights there wont be any others like it. Love it!
