As always I never write anything down (manufactures name). I've searched but can not turn up a thread that suggested a certain type/style sending unit that performed very well. It had a tubular design which helps with aftermarket dash gauge from not having a bouncy needle. If this is something that sound familiar? please chime in.

    Specs I'm after are 5 bolt/screw flange @ top, 12v, 0-90 ohms. Thanks you

@milwscruffy that indeed is the design which led me to the manufacture name (Tanks Inc.) that I couldn't remember. @okiedokie yes!, Classic Industry has one as well and is competitive in cost with Tanks Inc. (less cost than Jazz). In making a choose between the two, I'll go Classic over Tanks Inc. because it has stud and nut terminals (like Jazz's) rather than just wire leads. Thanks guys.

  9. Look at this company..I used one of their units on my roadster and it stopped gauge needle bounce..They make them in different lengths and ohm ratings . I have a custom size tank and needed a certain length , so I bought mine from their site. These are probably the unit sold thru Speedway ,Summit,Jegs ETC

The pricing is by far the lowest for sure. However there is no ohm information given. I have a feeling they use their own specs and would be non compatible with common oem values.

  11. Best I can remember , I called them and they asked for my fuel gauge ohm range , they then sent one I needed.. There's a contact number on their website
Most gauge manufacturers make gauges with both common ranges..
ISSPRO makes OEM units according to their corporate website
