Technical Grill shell ID

What year and make is this? I was thinking Hudson but I'm not sure.

 

Do the grille bars pivot?? Essex had a grille very similar and seeing as they had the same parent company, I think you are on the right track..

 

Yes, they do pivot.
It looks almost identical to a 1929 Essex except for the triangle shape around the crank hole. That's what makes me think Hudson but I'm still trying to find a good picture of a 29 Hudson for comparison.
