Hot Rods Phenolic Spacers for Rodchester 2G Carbs

Used to be somebody on here that sold a Phenolic Spacer kit for 3x2's with longer studs.....anybody know who it is?...And, what's your experience with how they helped to stop Vapor Locking.....

 

My sense is that these spacers will help most carbs deal with today's gasoline. I use 1/4" on my quadrajet.
