    Thanks for looking. It wasn't in many shows. Tim was a well known engine builder for a while, mostly boats I think. I haven't seen him in over 50 years. He was a year ahead of me in high school. He drove an A roadster with the nail head. The old E- brake handle worked the rear brakes and a coat hanger worked the 6 carbs. A hand full in every way. My '38 with a 303 Olds wasn't much safer.:eek:

    In the Tweetie Pie pictures, the red sedan delivery in the edge of the first picture might be my old '40. The last time I saw it was at a show in Northern Cal. It looked like that one. Like a fool I sold it because I blew the engine, a V8 60. Sold it to Art Himsl. I wonder where it is now?

    It's Funny, before you could go to Hot Rod and find articles from links on other photos. But most of the time now the links take you to Hot Rod news pages not the archives and the story the photos were from.

    But every once in awhile they do lead back to the articles and the photos are great and HUGE size.
