Just a mention that this was Down Under Thunder and this very serious contender was David Milne and what a trendsetter look at the wild details including the tiny headlights and wild pipes...

340Hilborn...Yes it is...I didn't think so but it is...Speed, Looks & Purpose all on the same level...

Remember Tommy Lee at the Dry Lakes had a Bugatti. But this ones in Australia and the Holes I suspect were applied by the Racer...Pretty impressive run and a serious bunch of commitment to unusual motive power and he really was quite the contender.

are you sure? motor looks like it has a valve cover and the plug wires look to be coming from the driver side. maybe a dodge?

 

Body and Grille Shell...You are probably right, the whole chassis including engine may be as you say Dodge...I guess Jalopy is pretty fitting in this case...

I thought the same thing but I think it is his nut sack.

 

Just from my limited experience with jumping stuff I had a lot better success when the back wheel/wheels touched down first. Standing and leaning forward is not a good plan either. I'd like to see the next shot, maybe not.
