I'm glad I didn't post the picture of the 9 fin Corvette valve covers that I added breathers to. The Micky Thompson covers that I posted were less than any of the 7 fin Corvette covers so I didn't mind adding some breathers

TO ME NOTHING LOOKS COOLER ON A BBC THAN A POLISHED SET OF M/T VALVE COVERS :)

Yep. The M/T script and blank rectangle that take up so much space on SBCs look just right on the BB.

I went out to the garage and took a few pictures. I like M/T valve covers as well as most other finned valve covers:)

I like the BBC ones, not so much the SBC ones. Had a Aluminum set like what's on the Willys here Chrome plated, breathers and all but a Camaro guy loved them more than I so off they went.............

  13. I agree, even with a breather in the blank spot 20151031_170313.jpg FB_IMG_1482354207623.jpg

  14. I saved this photo off the internet somewhere because I have the breathers and valve covers to put the combo together, nice to see them on a different engine to see another perspective.

Have anyone ever got a check for residual advertising from M/T or any one else?

Swade: if you look at my 3rd pic down in my other post, I have ones with the breathers on them. Although mine are mounted to the flat area.

On our way to AZ for Easter weekend and passed a guy pulling a 70’s era flat bottom boat and it had MT finned valve covers, I was driving so couldn’t take a pic.

I have the actual valve covers like on the sign (with no holes knocked out and the 427) but packed away with the sign till my shop is built. I've always thought my sign was just as cool as any valve covers
