Technical rear brake line flexible to rear split to solid union

    does there exist a 3/16 brake fitting that has the swaged flex and the solid split, but with a built in 10 ilb keep the shoes against the drum non return valve

    Don't know, but beware, the brake lines use tube thread, the residual valve uses pipe thread...
    the threads will start but not seal, will strip out the threads... my $0.02.

The “built in 10 lb valve” you are talking about is a residual valve and is not to keep the shoes against the drum, that is the adjusters job, it is to prevent air from coming past the cups in the wheel cylinders when the fairly strong return springs pull the shoes back upon brake release. 10 lbs isn’t even close to overcoming spring pressure.
