    The snow has left the south-facing slopes, and Mud Season has set its grips on East Central

    A/ Modified Egg Class…sulfur power jet…

    Hello,

    With Easter being just around the corner, the sulfur powered A/Modified Egg class race car is just what could be run at El Mirage Dry Lakes, out in the So Cal desert. To make waiting for the class race cars to run on the course, one could stay in your own Modified Egg, A/C trailer back in the Pit area.

    The abundance of colorful eggs all over the place makes this holiday fun. If you attach your own 1/25 scale wheels to a regular size, colorful egg, you would have your own version of the A/Modified Egg class race car.

    HAPPY EASTER!

    A traditional Easter Vacation was usually a week before or a week after Easter Sunday. But, to appease the neutrality of public school fanatics, the Spring Break (renamed Easter Vacation) got farther and farther away from Easter Sunday. Some public schools and colleges started in March of 2019. As late as 2001, the local school districts still had the renamed, Spring Break a week before or after, so the tradition still lingers…

    The final months of the public school year is upon us, so bear down, teenagers…Ha! But, still have fun.

    Hey Ron,
    That is a fun family photo. (Grandma and Grandpa are doing well...) WHAT? No Eggmen holders or drying stands? It is not too late... You will need a thicker photo type paper with the images printed, then wrap the arms around the back and glue. Slip in the egg and it should hold upright to dry and display.
