Yes indeed. I didn't see you but I didn't stay for long either.

 

My gosh! I was cooking Chili Verde and paused, as you answered my P.M. about the bed length...then you directed me to the build.
Just finished all 10 pages.
Kelly, please hang in there. Your faith and humility are admirable.
And, YES, I am kicking myself for selling my '33 pickup! It was to be like yours, (final with fenders) as I was inspired by an older guy in the '50s.
Yeah...I go way back.
Thanks for the wonderful journey of 'repair/restoration, as I am now re-inspired, and can get to some bullet holes in my 'T' Touring. (uh, welding 'em, NOT puttin' 'em in!)

 

Bit of a thread bump, but I love how your work turned out.
First time I've ever preferred the fendered version but hey ho its not mine
Did you document the floor work or is it still on the to-do list?

I cut a piece of plywood and hold it down with 4 machine screws.
Once that was in, I never thought about again.
I'm still driving the wheels off it very chance I get.

 

This is still one of my top favorite hot rod pickups.

I found your build by seeing your comments on others'. It got me curious about what you were putting together. I'm glad I checked it out. You've had a bit of a hard road and it's been cool to see how you've pushed through. Very cool truck! I like so much how you preserved and repaired the sheetmetal. Also that you just brushed paint onto the repairs rather than jumping off the cliff into major bodywork and paint. Shiny is cool, but driving is cooler, if you have to choose between the two. I hope you are really enjoying the truck and it would be cool to see more pictures as you use and drive it.
