I'm listing this for the nephew of a friend. The nephew's dad (my friend's brother) passed away last year from cancer. The father was a car guy with a couple really nice cars. The young fellow thought he might keep his dad's hotrod, though he never really had an interest in old cars. Long story short, he has now decided to sell his dad's coupe. The car is a 1947 Monarch (Canadian Mercury) coupe. It has a 351 Windsor, C-4 automatic with Lokar shifter, Volare front suspension with power steering and power disc brakes, 9" rear with parallel rear leafs and drums, Halibrand style wheels with knock-offs, Briz bumpers, nice chrome/stainless, straight body, solid floors, no rust etc. It's a nicely finished, get in and drive it anywhere hot rod. The young fellow wants to see his dad's car get to the right home.
