I know I have to go with what pleases me but I am sort of on the fence which looks better-with front bumper or no front bumper? When I got the car, it did not come with a bumper and a freind loaned me an extra to see what it would look like. The car had been lowered with a drop axle and reverse eye springs to include steel wheels/juice brakes. What do you think?

    What’s on the back?

I either like a car with or without BOTH bumpers.

I like yours without but it has to have no rear too.

It looks good both ways, but I'd rather be driving it with a bumper. There's a lot of bodywork there if you have a minor accident! It's the other driver you have to watch out for, I know that you will be careful.

Nothing on the rear for the time being but the way people have their faces in their phones instead of what's in front of them, it makes me a bit uneasy with out a rear bumper-especially on a coupe.

Nerf bars can look good, and offer protection.

  14. No bumper, no trendy single fog light, maybe some hot rod headlights.

Nerf bars look great on a car like the green one above. The car in question looks good either way but I like it without the bumper.

With or without if someone hits you today it's going to cause a mess so I don't worry about that.

  20. Bumpers are for street rods IMHO. My car isn't a model A but if it was it's receive the same treatment as this. 34indaweeds.jpg

There was a time when bumper were more commonly retained on Model A hot rods where the guys shortened up the arms a couple of inches which made having a front bumper look a little more friendly...

So you protect the phony one, but not the real one?
