Customs Anybody know what kind of steering wheel is this?

Was watching Jay Leno show off his cars and this is in one of his Hispano Suiza cars from the 1920s (I think). Really love the look of the spokes. Do you know if this is indeed from that car or from a different car? Couldn't find any images online but then I can't imagine many people have this kind of car. The dash is not bad either...

 

Johnson's Hot Rod Shop has something very close to that.
