and not a dent or ding in it , and carried on the backs of oompa loompa s from the land of make believe : )
I'd take one with a nice frame and drive train too...oh..all four fenders, hood and bed would top it off. I could deal with the tail gate situation later.
When I built my last (4th) 32 pickup I was lucky enough to find a really nice cab in Ohio via Colorado. It was pricey but needed virtually no body work. My first 2 deuce pickups were built using nice 33 cabs which with the hood closed no one knew the difference. My third was built using a 32 cab I stole at a farm sale for 150.00 and it was complete, virtually rust free with just some small dents. I'll probably never do another at my age but I would go to UP for the next one. Just keep looking they're out there but you have to be patient and expect to step up for a nice one.
My buddy has a nice one, for sale, and his number is,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Did I mention I want it????
