This little car was my daily driver for 18 years. Everywhere I went, I drove this poor little car and she was just plain wore the hell out. So, she has been living in the shed at work, blocked in by my buddys 32 truck.

It made me sad every time I visited her, so I drug her out in the light for the first time in more than two years.

She had a GIANT oil leak fron the valley cover and the blower had been making a loud clunking noise the last year or so before I parked her. Blower rotors that are never supposed to touch were slapping the shit out of eachother.

After more than 100K miles, this thing is a wall hanger.

My buddy Rick Dean sent me a new blower and she is back in business. YEA!!!

I put about 100 miles on her tonight without even a hiccup. Not going to be a daily driver again, but at least she is home and I can crank her up and stretch her out whenever I want.

She will get a complete makeover including the Pontiac Engine Of Doom (TM)…...someday...

Glad to see it back out terrorizing the streets!
Planning to beat on it again at the HAMB Drags?

Now I know where your HAMB name came from LOL
Great to see something different in the engine bay.
I gather that Model A went quick enough to need that roll bar? Times?

Thanks for the kind words guys. Swifty, that little heap has run 10.60s at my home track and 10.90s in the heat at the HAMB Drags. She might make it to the Drags again someday, but not this year, I'm driving my '40.

Gentlemen, this is an original H.A.M.B. iconic car. I have a shot of it at the first H.A.M.B. drags (during the cruise). I believe it was the first YaHoo cup winner to run a 10-second quarter.
Naturally one of the cars to inspire my run for the cup.
Oh and the driver is not a bad guy either...

Awesome car man. I love seeing hot rods get real miles on them.

Damn, Rocky that was a long time ago.

Pretty sure this is 2003. the OG HAMB Drags. I think there were like six of us. Sweated out asses off, but it was fun as hell.

I remember you getting rear ended and blowing up a engine back around 2006, it looks so much better now. HRP
