Technical Need help finding 1939 ford deluxe headlight part

I would usually post something like this in classifieds, but it’s such a hard part to find I wanted to put the word out.

Called all the Ford part houses and nobody has the headlight mounting hardware kit for a 1939 ford deluxe and there is no ETA when it will come off B/O. All I really need is the upper bracket that the headlight ring attaches to. I have all the rest. Just wanted to know if anybody has that piece for both buckets. I will attach a photo with the circled part I need.

Macs says it in stock. If not call the early ford store and see if they have any used or NOS headlight retainers.

I am glad you posted your location in "California". That narrows it down to about 800 miles. I little closer and someone might be able to recommend a store such as CW Moss in Orange. In addition to the catalog they have a lot of one of a kind stuff in their showroom.

I needed that same part for one of my headlights a couple months ago.

I got the kit at midwest early ford.
