We usually don't work on anything as new as 60's models but a customer we had done a 40 Packard for wanted a 62 Olds F85 worked over. Very limited after market parts for these so made numerous replacement panels, used an adapter behind the aluminum 215 to bolt up an overdrive automatic from a 60 degree V6, Vintage a/c, wheels, etc., nothing radical but most think it's attractive. Surprised by how peppy the mini V8 is.

You've got a nice little car there. Had one in '63. Probably should have kept it.

  3. that should be a fun car

the wheels would not be my first choice

  4. Looks like a fun car.
Would love to see some interior and engine pics.

Wheels don’t fit the cars look...... not my car, if your customer likes ‘em That’s ok.

More pics of ya got them

  5. There are aftermarket parts out there, you just have to step up for them. My son has 2 different 2 carb manifolds, 2 Hilborn fuel injection manifolds, a Weber manifold, and a Mickey Thompson 4-71 manifold. And no, nothing is for sale.

I was thinking either some Buick Gran Sport rally wheels or gray torque thrusts would pep it up into a sporty look .

Nice car but count me in for a wheel change as well.

Of course it's an Oldsmobile so I like it! Very nice work by you. I think steel wheels and dog dish would be cool! Joe

Wheels are a little dated, 80's look, but other than that, looks great. Bet finding a suitable 4 lug wheel is hard. I've got the same problem of having 80's wheels, planning on something more suitable when I can afford it.
