Got the chassis together and the body hung. About ready to start bodywork

Itll just have light tint for now, no color

Just a question. Are you going to cut slots in the back of the front fenders? If they were metal I would say punch louvers. I would be afraid of lift at speed the slots would let the wind pass thru.

I was about to ask the same thing, my full fendered 33 ford pickup would get really squirly at the finish line the few times it went down the 1/4 mile.

 

that’s the plan.

 

Still been pretty hard at it. Got the 3rd member set up with the gear, made some 3/8 aluminum hood pins, restored my Lakewood bell while I was moving my pivot point from the factory 8 0clock location to 9 o’clock and making an access panel, and polished the Eelco tank I scored off here a while back. Dotson’s paint and body were brought on to help get this thing straight, and they’re doing a great job

 

Bitchen Sedan (and Futura). Geez, maybe if you had a larger shop you could get something done!

So do we know what kolor this thing is going to be? For some reason I'm thinking a krazy flake paint job with kandy kolors!
