    Looking for some pics of some custom grills or any ideas for a custom grill for early 50's cars.

    1953 Buick. But I really just wanted to see some unique stuff that people have come up with. See if it will spark something in this brain of mine.
     
  4. 52 Buick grille cut down to fit my 49 Plymouth, 52 Buick grille going to be installed in my 53 Dodge truck, just need to find 2 more teeth for it.

    Sorry I just don't think you can mess with a Buick Grill in a Buick... they were too cool... to be used in others maybe... but nothing looks good in Buick but they're grill... IMHO

    Here you got some, from differents on my Fleetline....
    first is the 54 Chevy moreteeth w/bicyclelights for park/turn
    second, a single grillbar from a thin bumper,
    third a modified stainless steel CD rack!

    If you want to exaggerate the general Buickiness, get a '50 grille, the one with the big teeth that wrap under the car. I'd be inclined to keep the stock grille, though.

    I think the 57 thru 62 Vette grilles look good on MANY cars...

    I thought about doing the exact same thing with my pilothouse but was thinking about using the whole grill and bumper. This looks awesome.
