Technical Bumper guard identification..help needed

I'm trying to find some of these bumper guards for a 37-40 Ford bumper. Can anyone tel me what they are from please? They appear to be the same style as 41-48?

 

Look like '39-40 to me, but I'm no expert. They're NOT '41 or newer, that I do know...

 

Not 40--only ones Im aware of with bolt thru them are 34 but these don't look like those either

 

I believe the correct nomenclature is "bumperette".

They are definitely NOT 39 or 40 Ford. Here's 40 Ford DeLuxe bumperettes..

 

they are '41 deluxe bumper guards. super deluxe are different.
