Old cars and vintage manuals are so wonderful. Henry really put a lot of thought into how to make things last with periodic lubrications. It makes me smile while I’m under my 40 with a grease gun and an oil can. Even the door latches and dovetails get a shot of oil. After I lube them my doors shut easier than any modern day car....
Owners manual for my 38 Chevy was the same way. Things certainly have changed. Back then, people could and did. Now they won't and can't.
