I want to thank a bunch of people and I know I will forget some.

Thanks to all the Mopar guys on the HAMB who helped me solve challenges. Guys like Gene, 73RR, RodStRace, and others gave me great Mopar advice.

Special thanks to Chris Waldemarsen at Advanced Custom Chrome in Erie, PA. You guys are the best!

Thanks to Rick Kennedy for the custom interior job and for putting up with my pickyness on getting this done.

Thanks to Larry Woodall for the great paint job and great ideas.

And lastly, thanks to all my local car buddies who either helped out or kept agging me on when I ran out of steam!

  3. I've read your posts, bought a part from you even, yet somehow i missed your build thread. I spent too much time on my off day going through your thread! It's amazing how many similarities there are between our builds, well except for the fact that yours is shiny, beautiful and on the road where as mine is in a million pieces and stored in the barn, garage and at least one shed. It really looks great and i am envious!

DAMN BRO you built a SWEET car!...I NEVER thought a mopar county look so good!...I personally like the appearance of original 1930/1940s era instruments but your arrangement looks pretty good as well!

41 Plymouth couples are the second best looking car for that model year. Longtime Willy’s fan or it would be number 1 in my book.

Another fine job by Rock and friends! We`re so lucky to have so much talent in here in central North Carolina. Rocks` cars are always first class builds.

  30. WOW!!
    That is just perfect!
My first memory of a family car as a kid was a 41 Plymouth business coupe that my Dad had bought new in '41. It was green originally, and he had it painted black. He took out the package tray and me and my little brother rode on a quilt on the rear floor! He eventually put in a junk yard bench seat for us. Factory radio and heater delete car (in Florida). Wish that I had it today.
