To start with there Lar, in your previous post you said, "hammers", dumb ass. I believe the word is "Hambers". …………Now what is it you need to say?

For us 33/34 guys, I never see any posting or anything on 33/34 panels? At one of the local cruise-ins there use to be one come in once in a while. Chopped a little (don't know how much) and done right.
It was killer. Any one out there got one or know of one to post ?

Sorry to be late with these, this jewel was at the Kingsmen's show, ( Tacoma Wash.) earlier this year and I just came across them this morning. So much for the worn out memory of an old fart.
Really pushed my buttons, really like that chop. Don't know who drives this, but man you have one very cool '34 ride.

I prefer the Tudor Sedans over the other body styles, just because it gives the ability to have friends and family along for the ride. As far as the year, I like both equally, either 33 or 34. I prefer the curved grille of the 33 and the curved louvers of the 33, but I prefer the two hood handles of the 34 and I like the flap of the Smokers windows on the 34. I also prefer them with fenders over fenderless.
Mine is a 34. I have the fenders and they will go on the car as I get it closer to shiney paint.

  5. It seems the majority of responses like the 33. So I guess I should keep the one in the first picture and scrap the rest. I guess I wasted alot of time, fuel and money. (J/k I ain't scrapping anything). In fact I will be building the nice 34 sedan and use whatever I need off others for parts, then I'll sell off the rest.

34's for me. Prefer the flat, more competitive looking 34 grille and hood sides on a Hot Rod.
Hammered, i love 3/w, 5/w, and Roadsters. Stock height; my fav is the Vicky.

'33 if full fendered, '34 if hi-boy. Sedans if fendered & coupes if hi-boy. Chopped with a Bonneville style being preferred. A pic of my '34 5 window & one of my uncle's. IMG_2695.JPG 20151010_102826.jpg

For some reason, I find this Hot Rod Fascinating!!!
It’s just right in every view IMHO. There’s very few who get them to just have the right attitude, this car sports that “tude”. I’d like to see more of it if any Evers sees it out in the Tacoma WA. area. It’s just a stunner!!!!

  15. If money was no object I would love to have a 33 or 34 sedan, they are just sexy looking cars and are beautiful even in their stock configuration. HRP

I'm a 33 roadster lover! I have owned several models but prefer the roadster and phaeton body styles.

  17. On passenger cars I have always preferred a 34 coupe (either 3 or 5 window). Never a big fan of 33/34 Roadsters or any form of sedan. Though the coupes will always take a backseat to a pickup. I have always loved the styling of the 32-34 Pickups with 33 being my absolute favorite as it is the perfect mix of changes that happened over the 3 year span. I might have a little bias as I grew up in the front seat of my current 33 pickup but I have always just liked the look of the pickup over the cars.

I guess I would go with the 33 three window chopped with full fender and preferably deep black lacquer

I wouldn't mind any of the body styles including a sedan delivery (Don't think we got them here) or other weird Ozzie ones. :D Ozzie sedans, phaetons, coupes, coupe/roadster utilities are different to their North American cousins with different bodies that won't interchange with US bodies, fenders, hood etc, grill are the same. Bodies are flat on bottom with spears either side to fill the gap. Sedans used 32 rears with different roof profiles on coupes.

I do like the 33 3w but lucky to have chopped 34 5w. I have always liked 33 grill and hood.

OK, I'll be the oddball out... Hands down the 1934 Vicky. Uncut, front dropped a little, rear up a bit. Classy, excellent styling and looks, meant to be driven. Second would be 33/34 tudor. Ford's best style 2 door (not coupe) til the crown vic in the 1955. My opinion.

Yep, not a Ford. 33 Plymouth (shown) or Dodge get my vote!
