I would like to include my Latham supercharger. It is both number 2173 and 2174 as verified by owner, Richard Paul of “Latham Superchargers”, himself.[IMG]

    Here’s another pic of it

  15. Actually it is # 372 but the serial # seemed to start at 1000 so it's as pictured 1372, .A few of the early pre pre-productions started at 0001 but those are extremely rare BUT nothing special unless you'd want to brag.

I think he was just sharing info, not getting on your case. Nice score, I wish I could afford the FE version, maybe after my next lottery win :)

I recently purchased this Latham set up. It is serial number 001417 and is for an FE Ford. Also included with the sale is the original instructions. I am assuming it is from 1960 or older because the instructions only list 332, 352 and 361 cubic inch. IMG_1629.JPG

Any way you would be willing to scan and upload the instructions?

I would love to see a copy of the instructions. I'm nearly ready to fire mine up and am wondering what type of oil/grease is recommended to use in the bearings?

  26. Back in 1962, a friend of mine had one installed on a Volvo PV544, the torpedo back, and when hauling ass, the blower sounded like the car was ready to rotate and take off. It made that car come alive.

We have a 14-A, ser no 001327. We got it as just the top with carbs. 4 YH carbs. I made adaptors to put it on a 46 Cadillac flathead, but not having the lower pulley, I just used the stock caddy pulley. Made a upper, small as I could, V-belt pulley for it. Probably won't make any boost, but its ok, its a display engine.
