Note the sign in the window of the Chevy Suburban begging NHRA to keep the Top Gas Dragster class in 1970. They did, but eliminated the class after the Super Nationals at Ontario, CA in 1971. The final car to ever win Top Gas was Jim Bucher's twin engine Chevy Dragster...
