  2. Ok.....not a gasser....but a ultra rare Canadian built 65 289 hi-po car...when built it had to run modified production due to low build count of less than 50 cars...if your a Falcon guy, this would be one of your grails...you can read about it on the Hot Rod Magazine website

Last one I heard about was a red 65 sedan. I thought there were only 3-4 built?

1 of 7 produced...4 hardtops and 3 sedans...here’s a pic of it from back in the day and a letter explaining where it had to run in the NHRA

  8. Here's a product of Chuckle's Garage out of Santa Rosa, CA. Guy lost his house in the fires but his business survived. I didn't go through all the pages so not sure if it's been posted. Chuckles Garage.jpg

My Falcons..The top pic is a car I built a few years ago but never finished...The white car is a NJ based, ex-gasser that I bought in the mid 80's..It had engine set way back under the cowl,428 FE ford powered w/4 spd. All chrome front straight axle front end and huge AFX thunderbolt style traction bars under the rear. I could never find any history on it and it still exists today..Love to figure out any history on it.

Did this car maybe start out as Balkins Falcon from MN and CA. Originally had a Cammer in it. Built in the mid sixties and raced mostly on the west coast

The black car had a complete 2x3 rear frame that i hand built, tied into the front frame rails with ladder bars and coil overs in rear, speedway front straight axle and springs. I narrowed a 9" rear with moser axles,35 spline spool, mark williams center section..I race everything i build so i wanted it bulletproof!..Plans were for an aluminum head 427 Ford FE/4 speed setup..Plans changed and I bought the ex- Eddie Hildebrandt 63-1/2 Galaxie SS car that I put the 427 in and sold the Falcon to a guy in upstate NY. The guy finished the car and it has been seen at a few of the Dead Mans' Curve shows in NJ
