Looks difficult, but easy once you get down pat. 3 4A.jpg

I think we were very fortunate to grow up in the 50's and 60's....great cars, hot rods, music, and values ! 3 11.jpg

Thanks Rootie for this great pic of the Wynn’s Spit-Fire Special, yet another extraordinary Mickey Thompson creation. It appears to have little in common with it’s 1965 predecessor, except the front engine and front-wheel-drive. Don’t know if it used aluminium or titanium anywhere.

Four-wheel-steering possibly the most radical feature, probably all manual. Some riveted areas suggest at least partially monocoque construction. And, no doubt, typical unusual MT details as well.

Guess history has something to do with the presence of the Morris Minor and the Ford Anglia.
And geography probably accounts for the Buick, Chevy etc.
Would have thought there might be some Peugeot, Citroen, Renault etc too. Just chance there aren't any in this pic?

Is that an optical illusion or did the 21 lose a rear wheel and tire?

    Cool shots.
