I think that father of the Burton clan was named Everett.

I never met Larry but was pretty good friends with Joe ( RIP ), Ron, and Dale.

Dale also had an artistic flair. He painted and lettered a majority of the field at the Speedway for a number of years, not to mention almost every open wheel car around Indy. One of my dearest keepsakes is the is the Bell Star he painted for me.
