Just an astounding evolution from the Hunter S Thompson of the HAMB to a sober respected (legendary) elder. Congratulations on your transformation, it is inspiring.
George must have loved you like a son! Thanks for these treasures.

Here's a shot from a contact sheet of Dick Betrolucci out from of his shop in Sacramento California. When I was in my 20's I built some of my first Kustoms and Hot Rods in a shop that I lived in right around the corner from where this picture was taken. IMG_20181231_154411.jpg IMG_20181230_203912.jpg This is an original picture of George Barris that I purchased at an auction along with an original Von Dutch Binks paint sprayer. IMG_20181228_230717.jpg this is an original photo of Roth and The Outlaw. This photo was part of a series that was used to promote an Auto Show. Only a handful of these were released in "Press Packages".. They were for event advertising.. IMG_20181215_135657.jpg another original photo of the Ala-Kart assembly... This was taken in the Atlantic Avenue shop.. IMG_20181230_203957.jpg another original 8X10 that I purchased from Kurt. This is from the late 50's and it shows the "Monster T-Shirt" craze..

MVIMG_20181231_160408.jpg a few Original transparencies of another early legendary paint display. These were color in the late 50's early 60's. They were pretty hard to come by. Also a shot of a Kustom Corvette..C IMG_20181231_160445.jpg

MVIMG_20181228_222240.jpg I don't know much about this Kustom. I wanna say it's Easy Coast.. Late 1950's? Ohio? I bought this 8X10 with a collection when we were traveling around buying stuff.. IMG_20181230_204132.jpg Here's a picture of George Barris that I got in a box from Brad Masterson. It's an 8X10 also an original. These were sent out with product placement packets to dealers who might be interested in carrying the Barris Kustoms line of products.. IMG_20181230_203513.jpg i Purchased this original from a collector of Drag Racing History. This shot was taken at Orange County Speedway in the 1960's.. IMG_20181230_203436.jpg Another 8X10 from the same collection. Also Orange County Dragstrip. This is a pretty early version of the wheelstand. IMG_20181230_203912.jpg Here's an early 8X10 of a very young George Barris doing Barris stuff..

Had a guy ask me if I'm posting these things because I want to stay relevant?
    I kind of laughed.
Really though, if you're still mad about something I did 17 years ago like banging your girl or whatever and you need to address it with me,
I will be at Salina Kansas this year..
I been busy doing other things in life besides hanging out on an internet board to prove my traditionalism..
    I'm raising kids,
    rescuing injured water fowl,
    raising ducks,
    writing music,
and building stuff for myself for once..
I just thought it would be neat to share things that nobody has ever seen before but if you really want to talk about years and years ago..
When you think about it, I probably did a bunch of worse things that you don't know about.
    Do some research..
    Lol
    Have a good day.

He’s asking you if you’re relevant? What a joke. Never mind the naysayers Germ. You just keep on keeping on, we’re with you brother.
Oh, man I would love to have a scan of the blue custom 59-60 Chevy...
    Would that be possible?
