Hot Rods '30-'31 "A" Cpe. Door gap

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Turbo26T, Jan 23, 2019.

  1. '30-'31 Coupe (45B) Inside of car , facing door rear edge & B pillar..Whats the gap between the door shell rear edge to the B pillar... Interested in @top ,@ lock area, and bottom...Logic says it should be even , but would appreciate some real world measurements...
If someone has a car with good fitting doors could measure the inside gap for me ,I would greatly appreciate it
I'm trying to verify fitment before I fasten anything permanently..

    BTW :
Please ,Please don't suggest Ford Barn..I have asked this question over there several times with several different wordings and get nothing but flak...

    Thanks ,
    Stan

I can measure the gap on my 32's if that would help. They've never been off. Let me know if you're interested. Good luck.

I have 1/4” at the window area and 7/16” at the mid point between floor and window. It is same on both sides, 30-31 coupe.[IMG][IMG]
