    I like your drawing. You sure have a thing for cinder blocks. (I know, they are the traditional kind).

    Tim, I'm not telling you what to do, but I would keep an eye on all those raised dots that are on your arm. If they don't go down soon, check for an infection man. Awesome work though.

    ...I really do like cinder blocks, ...they give the sketches a 3 dimensional look,..and just about any junk stash seems to have em sittin around or under the cars,...thanks.
    ...my last 2 I posed have no cinder blocks, lol.

    Really inspiring to see the art show with its many different artforms again - great work! Thanks also for all the encouraging comments. If anyone is interested in my process I have quite a few time-lapse sequences of the sketches over on youtube. Here's one...

    90% of the time I draw from life. I used to leave the wheels until last because I was scared of them. I learned after a few years that it's better to start with them. Partly because you won't ruin hours of work by doing them badly and partly because along with the axles they make a great 3D framework for the rest of the vehicle to sit on. I also started to pay more attention to where my eye-line and vanishing points were.
