This will be my last Post. I appreciate the views I recieved, and enjoyed looking at all the other pictures posted during this time. This was one of the first pictures I posted when I started on this thread, to me this has the look of what it was to be cool. Taken in 1946, shortly after the end of the war, the leather jackets, hair style, cool car, to me it just symbolizes the culture that made it cool to be cool. Happy New Year and God bless to all.

Built by Al King on a '54 Corvette Chassis complete with straight six & triple side draft carbs in the late fifty's, last seen in a small town called Glen Avon on the 60 freeway in the 90's. It was featured in the Little pages in the early 60's & later in Pat Ganahl's Lost Hot Rods no's 1 & 2.
