Technical 3rd brake light

I am looking for some ideas for a third brake light that can be installed low inside of the rear window of a 48 Chevy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Your car lends itself to the license plate style see item number 153315857245 on ebay.
It may be away to go. There are different versions of this so shop around.
