    Okay. I just deleted the four photos of small scale "Formula" type racers. I can always
    just pull them out of storage if I want to look at them. By definition they really weren't
    "model" cars.

    no need to delete things I've seen model cars in plastic down to dime size just keep them plastic no diecast but there cool but fit better in the die cast tuesday thread

    Where did you find that model? Is it a survivor? Do you have tires for it? I haven't seen one of those kits for over 50 years!

    Been on working on my '61 Starliner, masking out a Watson-style panel outline job in Gunmetal over the Tamiya Gloss Black....

  23. Picked up this 49 Merc from ebay. It was both a glue and a paint bomb. Photos show before and after "the Purple Pond". Believe it or not I got the glass out without damaging anything that will show.

    That kit is a reissue if the old Monogram "Sizzler" ...it is called the "Slingster".
