Tryke rehash

This was suppose to be a father son project for my daughters Christmas present. However, i find myself here 5 days before Christmas with my son nowhere in sight. So why not post up some pics of the antiquated pedal toy build...

I picked this up at a swapmeet years ago and stuffed it in the barn. Made by Mattel in 1964.

 

I cant say im doing it all by myself. My boy did take it all apart.

 

Factory ball bearings were toast. Luckily i had something similar on the shelf. It took some rigging, but shes gonna fly now
