My mother came over here by boat in the '50s. My cousin is into old cars, drives a '60s Lincoln Continental around Montargis. Thing is bigger than the roads.

Greetings! About 225 years ago one of my great, great whatever grandfathers married a French Canadian woman. They lived in Vermont then the family moved west eventually ending up in Missouri. That's as close as I come. Take care!

I've been to France twice on vacation via the Eurail train system (1982, 1990) and saw Paris for about 3-days each visit. Fantastic city! Took a train trip to Le Mans in November of my first trip and the thrill of being driven around the short "Bugatti Course" at racing speed by the chief racing school instructor was a experience I will never forget!

My last name is LeGrange but that’s about it....

  24. Any modifications are difficult. The authorities require a Certificate of Conformity from the original manufacturer proving that the car is as it was originally constructed. French hot rodders manage to get around this but it is not easy. There is nothing like the UK or Australian systems

  27. Visited some friends in Brittany just after Pendine sands this year,at least 4 real cool looking hot rods that I know of running around there, they’re right into them. They have made the trip to the UK a few times.

  28. That explains the lack of Chenard & Walcker o_O  hotrods/taildraggers . The mid to late 1930s models look a lot like Fords of that period. Same for Matford .
