  1. :) the third electric bill i received after i bought my first house as a bachelor, was "estimated" at $275. the previous two had been for under $10, and when i called to see why it jumped up they said there had to be something wrong with the meter and that i should pay the $275 till it was fixed. i ate out, worked crazy long hours, and was on a community well and had girlfriends with apartments. when they tested my usage and the meter and found it correct they credited my account.............it took almost a year and a half to use up the $275 credit.

This expression seems to fit; "He who dies with the most toys wins". I don't know when/where I first heard/read that.
    I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

I'm all about the 60's so I dig your collection. It would be worth the trip from Ohio just to meet you and check out your stuff.

  5. Been posting on the Old Age Dilemma Thread. And All I can say is shame on him. He needs to get rid of his stuff. Because it wouldn't be fair to his heirs to burden them with it after he dies LOL

Maybe add the Lil Coffin to the collection? Or Grandpa Munster's Dragula?

The stripes are on the whole passenger side. Also the license plate is set to the right as is the pinstriping . Asymmetric styling was big in the mid sixties

A question for Mr Moriarity: Seeing as you have one of the best collections of all around cool shit going, is there a car, an item, a thing, you wish you had in your collection? It looks pretty damn good from where I sit but I was curious.

Man, I don't know, every time I go and see someone else's stuff I think, this is so much cooler than my crap....I think it is just that a guy gets used to the stuff you have and different stuff is "exciting" . With that said I would love to have Steve Scotts Uncertain T. But the odds of that are probably a million to one

  18. { KOOL THREAD } Mark, I may be your biggest fan. As a kid growing up in the late 50s to early 60s, I love everything from that era. So I truly love your collection. You should clone the { Uncertain T } I am surprised that no one has. It's one of my favorites too. Looks like it would be one of the easier builds. I do envy you. My wife keeps me on a tight budget. If I had my way, I have my Hot Rods in the house too. lol So I just wanted to say Thank you, for sharing your collection with us. I think that like your Zingers da best! So happy collecting. Ron....

@Moriarity - Mark I imagine you building your house 15 years ago and saying, This is plenty big enough, I'll never need anymore space then this.

Not even for Spam and beer!
You could have just left the kitchen out of the build Mark.
Would be a tough sell though, unless you could find that ONE buyer that has your priorities, not that that is a bad thing.
There was a time when I shared your infatuation with the whole car thing.
Problem is, I developed the need to eat on a regular basis.
