2019 will definitely be the year for the first drive! The car is located in Hilversum at the moment. You can always send me a PM, as I don't think the car will be in Holland for very long when it's finished. ;)

WOW! I haven't been on the hamb for a while, but have never forgotten this build thread. Outstanding workmanship and dedication here. Good to see you still have a lot of followers on this project. Can't wait to hear that hemi run! Keep up the awesome work Eric!

Great build, been following it since the start. So, are you saying you’re going to sell it or show it abroad?

Thank you for the kind words sir!

The plan is to at least finish the car next year. Perhaps selling it may become an option when it's finished....I haven't made up my mind yet.

Wow Eric...just had the time to go through your updates!
Looking great! And I have a SERIOUS case of HEMI envy now.
All fingers are crossed for the home stretch (RDW etc.).
    Cheers from Frankfurt

Christmas has come early! Here's a short impression of the first start of the Hemi! It's loud!
Need to adjust the idling, but apart from that, everything went fine.

    AAARRRGRHRHRGHRHR!!!!!!
to hear these KILLER sounds, while my lumpy smallblock is dying...(most likely a blown head gasket)....
Getting as green as the Grinch of envy...
    ...just kidding.
It is just great to see the progress.

It took me ten years to get mine on the streets (and it still is a project...that backfires constantly - Love and Hate feelings are the norm - having it on sale, knowing I most likely will never sell it...such an emotional rollercoaster...)
...so I am happy for you to get closer to getting it done!
And get the whole thing to the next level...with all the highs and agony that wait for you there.

Keep the videos and images coming.
    Love every pixel I get.

Merry Christmas Eric. Glad to see you making good progress on her. Just got mine in the garage during Thanksgiving after being mothballed in the car trailer since 2014. Looking forward to seeing more progress on yours!

Thank you PoppaT! You're welcome to send me some pictures but I think there is quite a difference between the model years and the engines.....

Even though it's a little overdue....here is a progress report from the last few weeks. It's not that I've been sitting still....just haven't been on the H.A.M.B.

All brakes/lines and accumulator are now connected and the hydraulic clutch now works. The separate vacuum pump for the brake booster is also working now. Those that may remember: I decided not to use the vacuum from the engine because I didn't want a hose through the firewall. A separate vacuum pump now resides in a part of the chassis.
