    I forgot about the quarter panel trim. I never saw that trim on anything but Bel Airs either but that car has had a little work done to it. It's also a 265, which is another rarity.

  13. Becuz it apparently has a silver "V" on the trunk vice a gold one. A gold "V" wud have indicated the engine to be a 283.

    Silver V, the 283's had gold V's on 210's

    A buddy in HS had a '57 210 with a yellow 265 engine.

    I've never seen a gold V on any thing than other than Bel Airs. I have had several 210's with 283's and chrome V's. As far as I know the only quick determination of a '57 265 was engine color.
