I'd guess 1960 since the bottom one has 60 Pontiac tail lights. It was not uncommon to see 2 year old cars competing.

 

Wayne Weiler inside of Bud Tinglestad at Terre Haute in June of 1961. Although Weiler did race some later a crash in a heat race this day resulted in serious injuries that basically ended his USAC career. I believe this was the only time he ever drove the Watson/Leader Card sprint car.

Yes, it IS a boattail. Look at where the rear fender is away from the quarter panel. You can see the reflection of the fender.

Well, regarding to weight of them pumpkins I stand corrected.
However, heavy load makes the tail drag and nose lift up... How come the front end is also on ground???
I still think it's photoshopped or made up photo of recently bagged car.

p.s.
I do own a 1960 Biscayne. Cannot get it that low by loading up trunk & back seat whatever. It leans on corners, yes, but nose does not drop if there are three fat guys on back seat...

 

I remember seeing that pic in an old brochure.
