thPLEBCLTO.jpg Both Auburns have that sill that sticks out on front of the rear fender and above the splash apron, it is the filler between the fender and boat tail. Fairly sure this is another shot of the same car I originally posted, can't see the tire chains in this shot. Bob

  8. She is truly a really nice lady and a quick wit, too! Had the pleasure of meeting her and Cindy Williams, who is also a really nice lady, this past summer.

I guess I've been distracted all these years. Never noticed that 55 paint dividers had black inserts. I always took them to be white.

Just noticed the heavy driving gloves, that has to be a chauffeur. Bob

Old Sate House, Hartford, CT. Judging from the dirty tire marks on the left of the picture, where I work (Phoenix Building) is under construction.

When I was a kid in the early 60's this same exact set-up was for sale at Elm Motors in Elmhurst NY. I used to hang out at the shop that serviced all of Elm's cars. I was inside this trailer and it had a cockpit over the gooseneck and you could sit there and look out at the scenery while being towed. It even had a type of intercom or phone that you could talk to the driver. The car was a 34 Graham like this one, I don't know if this is the exact one I was in but it is exactly the same trailer and car. Kerry I looked this rig up and it was in a museum in NZ and now resides in a museum in The Hague Netherlands maybe 34 Gaz has seen it.

  25. Looks like a lowered Chevy. Has skirts, it has to be almost brand new, 14324400_1094387264007902_5935369215838612232_o.jpg

  27. Another custom, 40 Ford with a 41 Chevy grille, and ribbed bumpers. Could be a Merc too though. 13173173_1003888763057753_9206434139427690462_o.jpg
