    Hey fellas -

Just a FYI and some reports from HAMB'rs…..
This one is taking a 80's- 90's street rod turn which is not what the HAMB is all about.
Every body is walking the fence on "traditional style" on this one.

I enjoy this thread, it's nice to see people that aren't haters of fiberglass hot rods. We all can't afford steel and none of us had instructions like the so called kits cars people might think we have.

The first '32 Ford fiberglass body was built in '52, which kinda makes is as traditional as a rusted out '54 pickup, don't you think.

This is Ted Brine Ford. This is 1 of 4 fiberglass bodies made or survived. Not sure which. Not sure what year either. But 1 of the originals to be considered production piece. Screenshot_20181122-113858_Samsung%20Internet.jpeg

It has nothing to do with cheating, it has everything to do with costs. I would rather have all steel cars but I can’t afford it, plain and simple. Besides, my roadster body is more vintage than any Brookville steel body that is widely accepted here...

  29. Since there are now more 32 Fords around now than were ever built by Ford, that makes really good cense to build a Glass car because we would have run out by now. But one pet peeve I have about after market items for the 32 is why would anyone put a Grille insert on a Traditional Hot Rod with NO CRANK HOLE...... they just look wrong.
I was going to build a Glass 32 Roadster to replace the Henry body one I sold in 83 but I bought my Steel T RPU instead. JW

I'm with you there, I can see how they work on a "modern" style build with many body mods or ones with THOSE wheels that are so hated here or with modern drivetrains, etc.
