Put that number on 2 trucks I built...same reaction from folks..."why does that phone number sound so familiar?" I wanted a number people would react to...it worked Had Brown 25 painted on the tailgate...that is another story...some people asked if that was the paint code...ya it was..."Brown 25" was synthetic poop in the
"Grove Tube" B movie …
actually the paint is Canoe Brown by Velspar from Lowes @ 35.00 per gallon

That looks like Wild Willie

 

Borsch? Was he a sign painter too? If that's him, it's kind of strange to see him working with both hands.

 

I found this lettering under many layers of paint that I wet sanded off. these came from the same truck.

 

I hope you plan on just clearing over them. Those are keepers! Just so cool to see.
