  1. For all the Newbies, 3wLarry was one of the most colorful characters to ever log on here. Sadly, we lost Larry far too soon. God bless you Larry, we miss you and your contributions very much.:(................Don.

  2. Not sure who took this photo, but it's a fabulous shot of an incredible car. Credit to the photographer and to Larry for allowing us to appreciate the coupe. We all owe you a debt of gratitude. 3wLarry.jpg

I always get a kick when someone brings an old thread back up and Larry had posted on it. His comments still bring a smile or a laugh.

I think about this funny man often. His deuce is so iconic cool. Nice to pay tribute to one of our fallen bros on his birthday.

I remember laughing at the posting about whether 3W stood for 3 window or 3 wives.

I have the seat from that dadgum red '32 pickup he was building. I'll put it to good use someday. I miss trading jabs with the old man.

  13. Thanks Don for reminding us.Larry is truly missed and remembered with a smile and a tear.

  14. Larry was a great guy and had a eye for what worked and didn't work when building hot rods.

I miss Larry too. I never got to meet him, bought and sold a few parts with him. I did get to see the Coupe on the street in Carmel back in 2016 when Bruce took it on the Pebble Beach Tour, it fit right in with all the Classics. Bob

  17. Pretty regularly a thread Larry started makes it to the top of the board. Reminds me how much he is missed here.

  18. Thanks for pointing him out to us new folks, Don. I've seen his "handle" in many of the postings on here. I'm sure he would appreciate you helping to keep his memory/personality/knowledge alive on the HAMB.

I never met Larry, for that I take a back seat to the rest of you. As long as we remember Larry, he is never really gone. I hope the good Lord has a decent server so Larry can log in from time to time. Talk about the cloud!...
