    So sorry to here of your loss, a fire like you survived is one of all Hambers worst nightmares. Glad to here you and your family are safe. Best of luck going forward from this. Brian

    Two years back a good friend had his garage burn. Was amazed at the total destruction, somehow tools stored in closed metal tool boxes ended up covered in a black crust that is almost impossible to remove, if not eaten up with flash rust. It's true it's just stuff and stuff can be replaced, until you find a tool in the ashes that used to belong to your grandfather.
